Eric Winn

ERIC WINN – Co-Founder, CEO (D’04, T’14)

Eric is a Dartmouth and soon-to-be Tuck alum who has spent the last 9 years working in supply chain for C&S Wholesale Grocers in Keene, NH where he lives with his wife and 2 adorable children.  Eric’s an avid runner, wears exclusively cowboy boots and bleeds Dartmouth Green.  No seriously – he even has a vanity license plate that says Dartmouth (and his car is Dartmouth green too, obviously).  Eric is the visionary behind The Box and anyone who spends time with him would agree that his level of energy is infectious.

Mike Parshley

MIKE PARSHLEY – Co-Founder, COO (T’14)

After graduating from Colgate in ‘08, Mike spent four years working in the financial services in Boston.   After Tuck, he plans to convert from “Tuckie” to “Bainie” as a Consultant at Bain & Co.  In his free time, Mike enjoys traveling to new places with his wife Sara, shamelessly rooting for all the Boston sports teams and making excuses for his golf game.  During his time at Tuck, Mike has fallen in love with Dartmouth and Hanover and can’t wait to make The Box a highly successful student-managed enterprise that also makes the community a better place for years to come.

Tyler Harvey

TYLER HARVEY – Executive Chef (TP’15)

Tyler was born and raised in Hanover and worked at a bunch of the area restaurants before heading off to Georgetown in 2005.  Before coming back to Tuck as a partner (her fiancé Gibb is a classmate of Lauren’s and Peter’s), she worked in nearly every position in the kitchen at restaurants in DC and Colorado.  When she’s not in the kitchen crushing pitas, she's perusing the humane society website for potential adoptees, sweating it out on her yoga mat, trying to suppress her online shopping habit, or making food pilgrimages to NYC and Boston for menu inspiration!

Shiro Yagaki

Shiro was born and raised in Japan and had his first taste of business as a “baby model” at the tender age of 2.  He spent the 5 years leading up to Tuck working on infrastructure investment projects at Marubeni Corp. in Tokyo (nearly fulfilling his childhood dream of becoming an accountant in the process. Yes, seriously.)  So, it’s safe to say he knows his way around a spreadsheet or two.  In his free time, Shiro is a big sports fan and enjoys reading Japanese comics (of which he has over 1,000).  He and his wife Ayako recently welcomed a new addition to their family, a beautiful baby girl.

Pete and Mike were classmates at Colgate together, but interestingly claim that their paths never crossed while there (it seems like someone is lying…).  Born and raised in Wayland Massachusetts (or “outside Boston” if you want to use that), he spent the last several years at Cambridge Associates conducting due diligence on private equity funds.  A self-diagnosed foodie, Pete’s lifetime dream is to harness his unhealthy obsession with spicy foods by launching his very own line of hot sauces.

Lauren Pappas

Lauren is a Yale undergrad who spent her pre-Tuck career split between investment banking at UBS and private equity at TA Associates where she sourced restaurant investment opportunities.  She’s an adamant triathlete, a scratch golfer and a connoisseur of hard ciders.  On the team, Lauren is known for generating significant email traffic between the hours of 2am-4am, consistently bringing an incredible amount of energy to everything she does and for her tastefully irreverent sense of humor that keeps us laughing.
